Hello!
I thought that maybe I should make an actual entry since I already posted my survey and everything!

I guess I should say a bit more about myself as I don't really know so many of you very well. First of all, call me Shay. Caelia's too... prissy or something. I don't know. It doesn't fit! It sounds like I should be sitting inside in a dress with milky white skin and satin hands. That's not me at all. I don't know what I would have done if I had been born into one of those crazy rich families and was forced to be some kind of lady. Yick!

Okay, moving on! I am a Fifth Year Hufflepuff, you know, the short blonde one for those of you who don't know me by name, haha! I'm not really a shy person, but just never talk to people much outside of my house, so this journal will be good for me! So far everyone's been very nice and I am enjoying myself.

Oh yeah! I'm the Seeker for Hufflepuff this year, and I'm really excited! I haven't played Quidditch before, so it will be a new experience, but I can't wait to get started! We've already been practicing, and I always look forward to them. Then again, I like to be outside as much as possible, so it gives me one more excuse to do so! Early morning practices are my favorite. It's wonderful to get up with the sun and breathe that pure sweet early morning air. It really gets you ready for a day!

I suppose I should stop writing in here and get ready for class... and write an owl home. I need my parents to send me up some of my records! My roommate Nancy taught me this awesome charm to make record players work, it's the best! Though bad for our health, as now when we should come home and sleep we typically put on a record and dance around for a while. I'll bet the room below us hates us! But it's too fun.

Like I said earlier, this will let me talk to people that I usually don't get a chance to, and I do like to talk to people! If you ever see me around and want to talk, don't hesitate to approach me! I don't bite or anything. The worst I would do is make you come running with me!

	Depends on the Hufflepuff. Some of the girls think he's really sexy and all of that, but also know better than to try anything as it wouldn't end well.
