find an image host [e.g. snapfish.com, speedis.com, boomspeed.com] upload your pictures there.
after you've upload them, right click, then click on properties to get the url of the pic. [the one that has http://...]
then highlight the url, copy it and paste it to this code:
[img src="yourpictureurlhere"]
do the whole thing exactly like that, except replace the '[ ]' with '< >'
