today i got the application for studying abroad. all i need to do is turn it in with a nice chunk of change.
i will be studying in lyon, france for 5 weeks. for courses, i think i will take the history of france and conversational french. i am sooo excited. not only because i will be be alone in europe for more than a month, but elisabeth will also be in europe at the same time and we plan to travel around for a while after the semester ends. i want to go back to bruges, amsterdam, delft, and den haag. if there's time, i also want to go to germany, as i've never been. especially berlin. berlin seems like it would be so inspiring. i have so much family history in germany.

I LOVE EUROPE. and believe me, i will be photographing my heart out. i think some black and white photography would be great, but i need to figure out a way in which to develop and print it. perhaps i will take a photography class next fall. EEE.
