    Meme time.
I intended just to post the one but hey, who's counting?

The first one (and the extra one) was posted by Rat in his Blurty, so I had to do it.  It's not like he does memes every day.  You're Tigger!
You're Tigger. Playful and fun-loving, you enjoy
hanging out with friends even though you don't
always have to be the center of attention.
You're never pessimistic or sluggish. Your
enthusiasm is at once endearing and over-the-
    top. You're the quintessential extrovert.

    Which famous feline are you?
    brought to you by Quizilla

And secondly, a meme more in my usual style. It's one of those lists of a hundred films/books/etc that you bold the ones you have seen/read. This one is a films one. The unusual thing about it is that it's not the top 100 grossing films, but actually the top 100 grossing films accounting for inflation, which makes it a little different. There are also a few questions tagged onto the end.  (Italics means probably but so long ago I can't be certain).

And, just to make it more interesting:

The Best Movie On That List:
That's so hard!  I'll go with either The Graduate or One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest.

The Movie I Enjoyed Most On That List:
    West Side Story

The Movie I Am Most Embarrassed To Admit In Public That I Have Not Seen:
Gone With The Wind (which, incidently, I never ever want to see).

The Most Overhyped Movie On This List:
It's between Harry Potter, and Star Wars I/II.

The Movie I Should Have Seen Just Because Everyone Else Has:
    Love Story.

The Movie That Least Deserves To Be On This List:
    The Matrix Reloaded.

The Movie I Was Most Surprised To See In The Top 25 On This List:
I dunno.  I guess either Fantasia or Mary Poppins.  I love both films, but I would never expect either to be among the top 25 grossing ever.

You need to see both Blazing Saddles and Young Frankenstein...both are classic Mel Brooks movies, and are quite possibly two of the best comedies ever made.

I hate Mel Brooks - so uhm.. no. :P

Quickly looking at your list, however, you have to have to have to see The Graduate.

I'll watch The graduate as soon as you watch Young Frankenstein.

Why do you hate Mel Brooks?

I just hate that sort of comedy. I don't find it amusing in the slightest. Actually, I hate most comedy, unless it's dry and subtle.

As for The Graduate.. does that comment imply a specific disinterest in the film, or are you just trying to blackmail me?

Young Frankenstein is much more dry and subtle than any of his other movies. It's not silly at all. And no, I'm, not trying to blackmail you, just trying to get you to broaden your horizons.
