I'm absolutely dying to get my long-delayed e-mail to Hanson out. Problem is, I can't stand the way it starts; right now it's too cold and essayish. I'm thinking of doing some kind of blunt, "Dear Hanson, Whoa, boy, are we disgruntled this time. . . " thing, but I'm ambivalent. Meh. Let's try again . . . "Dear Hanson,

"There's some problems building up amongst the fans regarding 2.0 that you should probably know about. . ."

"Been by your own forums lately? No? Well. . . "

"SOON QUIT MEANING ANYTHING TWO YEARS AGO. That said, let me get on with what I really wanted you to hear. . "

"It's nice to know the Gestapo found a job after Hitler lost WWII, but somehow I don't think a fan site is the place for them. . ."

"Since you're already aware that we think over two years in the studio is ridiculous, perhaps these things won't come as a complete shock, but if you somehow didn't realize it. . . "
