I can't find a setting anywhere for paint splatters on either PSP or regular Paint. . . except for the spray paint thing in Paint but that kind of sucks, y'know? :| I dunno if I like this version of the stars and static thing, either; I might fuck with it some more later.

	I like the stars. Well, except for the honking ones (with circles around them) because it takes away from the littler ones. Static..is that what you called the background speckles? I like them. And..I personally wouldn't try using the spray paint thing on Paint. That'd be horrible. :) How's Taylor coming along with his massive toy? Need anything else for him? LEC (Reply to this) (Thread)
