Whose gonna win the cup? All the ladies have been trying to get me to put a bet on, but I don't know a horse's head from its rump. Am I allowed to use the lot system just this once? If it can pick an apostle, surely it can pick a Melbourne Cup winner. Ah dear! WWJD? Regards George.(Reply to this) (Thread) |

Ha! How funny! Not your blog's reading level but MINE. I was at the Junior High level too! I have to say honestly, John, that I figured yours would be higher. At least college level. I wonder if it looks at ALL past posts or just the last so many days.
But it isn't all so bad. At least a fair number of people can understand your blog. I would venture to guess that those who write many technical posts with lots of jargon would rank higher for reading level. And you know, I probably wouldn't be able to even read your blog if it were ranked much higher. *wink* LOL! Plus, you know what they say, with the illiteracy rate and lack of true education now-a-days a junior high level is probably pretty high for the average person to be able to even read!
BTW, I am back to blogging for now, so check it out when you get a chance. Nothing too profound at this point other than some scripture notations. Hopefully, more enlightening posts to come in the next few weeks. No promises though. We have many house guests coming up on the calendar. :)

I'm guessing this test simply conducts a lexical density analysis, so Lydia would be right: the more technical jargon you use the higher the reading age is assumed to be. missm(Reply to this) (Thread) |
