Them Love Hina icons! And a few pieces of junk...
Sorry if you saw broken images...again. As it turns out... I spelt "usagi" wrong in the file name, but not the src tag. Oops!








Meh. Limited satisfaction with the set. You can tell I got lazy and just played around with free-handing borders. Ah, well. The two Shinobu icons came out nice, and I'm happy with them. The last two were bases that outlived their time on my drive waiting for text. It obviously wasn't going to come. Anyone who wants is welcome to do what they will with them. I really don't care.

Comment and Credit. Blahblah. I'll post more (and hopefully better) sometime in the near future.

Right. Except for the absence of space travel, aliens, magical girls, cabbits, and any real parental figures. Also, the analogues are all messed up. Ayeka's not *really* like Naru at all. Su is kind of a Washu/Mihoshi, Shinobu and Sasami are both cute and can cook, but that's about where the resemblance ends, Motoko is kinda a Ryoko/Kiyone analogue, but not really, Kitsune has no analogue, Mutsumi may have a bit of Mihoshi in her, but she's not dumb, and I see no analogues for Sara, Kentaro, Haitani, or Shirai. Haruka and Tenchi's grandfather (whose name I forget) are vaguely similar, but not really. But Tenchi (especially Universe) is a shojou anime at heart, and within the genre, you're bound to have character types. There are more Azumanga Daioh parallels in LH than LH in Tenchi. I'm a hella fan of each series, so I've spent far too long in analysis. ;-) (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)

It is shoujou at heart, and I'm such a shonen groupie :D There are major differences, but LH seems to pass off as almost a spoof on the Tenchi-spawned "One guy, 15 girls" plot line. It's more like "Tenchi and Excel Saga got together and had an illegitimate child" at times o.0 I dunno... it's kinda like Chobits.
