I walked back to my hut slowly, taking in the environment. Everything had a different look and feel now.

I stepped into the hut and closed the door quietly. I wasn't in much of a mood for much company. Instead, I had to focus on the two males that inhabited my hut---Christopher and Sawyer.

Sawyer was still sleeping off that headache. I eased Christopher into his rocker and rocked him back into the deep sleep he had been pulled from after Jack and I talked. He dozed right back to sleep.

I moved around the hut quietly, gathering a pen and a tablet of paper. I'd have to give Sawyer this eye exam...whenever he woke up.

It was best to stay busy and not think of the past events. I settled on the edge of the bed. Sawyer was on his stomach again. I rubbed his back, trying to wake him.

I left Abby, Erin and Charlie. The sky was really threatening. I was surprised we got back in time. I went straight to Claire's hut and knocked on the door, and waited.

I sighed and looked up from trying to wake Sawyer. "For the hundredth time, I'm not hungry!" I called. I wasn't hungry, thirsty, anything. Just trying to focus.

"Wow! That's awesome. Tell me more." I smiled. I never knew anyone who would go out of there way to help other people like that. "Let me guess, you come from money then? I mean, usually people who start foundation come from money or know a lot of people with wonderful checkbooks." I hope she didn't take it the wrong way.

I laughed, "Yes... I come from money." I shook my head, unused to someone not knowing who I was. "I'm sure you've seen my family in the news. My sister, Tovah, is the premiere party girl. She's famous for being pretty and everywhere. I guess being a philanthropist is boring when it comes to headline news." I chuckled again, "I'm fine with that, frankly."

"Dude! She's the one with the video!" I started laughing. "I'm sorry, I don't mean to laugh at her misfortune. It just clicked right now." I smiled and put my finger up to the side of my head and made air circle motions. "I'm kinda slow." I smiled. "So you're the good Pennington sister."

I began laughing at Kira's response. "Misfortune? Not likely.... I'm sure she knew what she was doing." I took a deep breath, my sides hurting with laughter, "Yes... the Good Pennington Sister. That's me." I sighed, "So tell me about yourself, Kira."

I still laid close to him and didn't want to leave but I knew I had to sooner or later. I didn't want to.

[all my other characters are frozen, so Erin will play with the monkey for a while. :P]

I watched as the monkey took bites of the granola bar. Picking up any little pieces that fell and shoving them into its
mouth. It kept looking around, as if expecting someone or something to pop out of the bushes at any moment.
Maybe it had been attacked by another animal and was just paranoid.

I took out another cigarette and lit up, I watched the sky, the clouds moved overhead. It was nice out here, away
from the drama.

After my fifth- no sixth cigarette I looked around for the monkey. He was gone, so was the banana. I wound up eating the other granola bar, and started in on a Snickers. I hadn't had much of a breakfast and completely missed lunch.

I debated on whether to start back to camp or not. It would be dark soon and the sky changed from light blue to grey in a matter of minutes.

Jack, and another girl I hadn't, along with Charlie lurking in the background, came. Abby, was the girl, introduced herself after I jumped from the rock.

I jumped down from the branch with a mango in my hand. I pulled out the butterfly knife I always carry with me and used it to peel a little bit of the skin off. I folded it back up and put it in my pocket. I walked as I ate the mango. I stopped at another tree and decided to lean against it as I ate. I thought about Shannon and her broken heart. "Must suck." I said softly. I felt something hit my shoulder. Its probally just leaves or something falling from the tree. I kept on eating the mango.

I sat in the tree where I usually hung out when I wasn't looking to cause trouble. I had seen Kira stop by the tree and smiled. I picked acorns off the tree and dropped them so they'd hit her while I sat there eating.

"What sucks?" I said allowed hoping to get her attention as I drop one more acorn on her.

More stuff hit me. This time it was too much weight to be the tree and thats when I heard it. "What the hell?" I looked up to see him. I gave him a evil grin. "I see the agency trained the monkey how to climb." I threw another acorn at me but I moved out of the way. "What the HELL ar eyou doing up there? Trying to find your family?"

Shannon Steals Locke's Maps + Boone's Gun...

After I left Boone's I desided I had to leave. I gathered somethings together and would head to the falls first. I walked past Locke's hut and froze looking inside. He wasn't there at least I can check to see if I could find the maps. He did say he was going to make a copy.

I started rummaging around...bingo. I grabbed them an put them in my bag and remembered Boone had a gun. At least I'd be some safe out there. He was asleep. I rummaged through his bag and found it. I stuffed it in mine and went up to him. I touched his face with my hand said bye and gave him a kiss on the forehead and then walked off.

I went back to the hut and wrote Charlie a letter.

Charlie

I had to leave. Don't tell Boone or anyone but I left to clear my head and heart. I'll be fine I have protection with me. I also have Locke's maps to help me avoid danger. Know I still care about you and always will. Hope things work out for you.
