Drabble, "Watching"
Title: Watching

Note: A drabble is a story of exactly one hundred words. It's an interesting excerise in writing. I do a lot of them.
You say you see no one but me, and you lie. You say it now, but your eyes are everywhere, the boy in the corner, the girl on the stair. "I love you," you say, looking at her, and her hair is long and curly, like mine was when I was young. "I want none but you," you say, and smile, your eyes on the boy, and his on yours, shining and full of emotion.
I watch you, watching everyone but me, wondering, when did my enchantment slip from your eyes, when did the surrounding world spring back into focus?
