Alright today I did really well!!! Heres a list:
-a small cup of soft serve ice cream
-a cheese stick
AND THATS IT!!!!!!!! yay! Its so exiting. Oh and i weighed myself this morning and i've lost another 2 pounds even though i was wicked bad this week. I dont feel any weight lose but hopefully i will this week, cause i'm plannig on hardly eating. Only 7 more pounds till my goal!!! I can do this!
