    i binged so bad today. i think ive gained 2 lbs in the past two days. ughhhhhhhhhhhhh.
    TOMORROW (being extremley strict):
    brekfast: nothing
    lunch: apple (NO SANDWICH. dont eat ittt. resist.) -- 65
    dinner: the size of a fistfull of salad. NOTHING. ELSE. (roughly 110?)

    DO NOT EAT ANYTHIGN ELSE. DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONNNT.
    i have GOT to resist. seriously, i need to. i NEED to lose 10 more lbs by the end of march. i promised myself that i would, and I MOTHERFUCKING WILL. if i let myself down by the time that april 1st rolls around, im not eating for 5 days straight. no joke. i PROMISED myself. 17 more days to lose 10 more pounds. i have GOT to do it.

Hello, i just found your site while doing a little research, and i felt somewhat obligated to share this knowledge with you. By not eating, you are actually throwing your body into "self preservation mode". By that i mean, your body hangs onto whatever it can and through this, you end up not losing weight and quite possibly gaining some. Not to mention that when you begin to eat again, your body says "pack it on" because now the resources it needs to function have returned.

There are MUCH better ways to lose weight, and it actually involves eating the foods you love, in moderation. I know, its hard to believe. I would encourage you to contact me or visit my site for more information at www.5lbs5days.usana.com.
