im doing okay..im trying to get back on the wagon. its like everytime i lose weight as SOON as i lose it i just start eating and eating. its soo bad. i lost 10 pounds two weeks ago, and then i started eating again & gained it all back. i was soooo close. i was at 138..2LBS away from my short term goal. right now im back at about 144, so only 6lbs to be back at 138, + the 2 pounds i need to get to 135. thats only 8 pounds and im confident that i can do it. so today i ate: 1/2 a banana: 100cals 1 cup hot choc: 80cals a few nuts: roughly 60 cals total so far: 240 cals sooo i guess thats pretty good for today..i wont eat until dinner, and at dinner i plan on eating about 300 max. so that'd add up to about 600, and thats good for the day.
