    Yay For My Xmas Present!!!

Have been perusing my 33-1/3 rpm (vinyl) LP collection, because I received a record player for Xmas! It also has a built-in CD player, cassette player, and AM/FM radio.
(I just remembered I never posted it)

*** Shown here are only a few of my Beatles LP's! ***

Forgot how many great sounds I'd been missing all these years!
My two full shelves of 60's vintage records RULE.

The only other thing I got for Xmas was the Family Guy Freakin' Sweet Collection, and Vol. 1 Seasons 1 & 2 of Family Guy. But that's plenty -- Xmas is for kids, anyway.

AAAAH! I am SOOO jealous of you! I swear I wanted that exact same thing, but my parents wouldn't even think of letting me have it because it would be "impractical" because they don't make records anymore or something. So what?! It's not like I'd be listening to the newest American Idol's album on a record player, I'd use it for the classics! I am so jealous. *pouts*

We got a good deal on it; it was only like $99. Jeeez, Steph is using it now to play her CD's, and also plays the radio on it. The sound is much better than on her stupid little player.

Ah well, time will go by and you'll be able to buy anything you want yourself ... unless you're dumb like I was and get married too young. Nobody needs to get married and have a kid until they're at least ... ohh, 39. ;D That's the age I had Steph, and it worked out perfectly!

Time went by WAY to slowly in my teens. Now it's going by so fast I can't keep track of it anymore. Time never moves at the speed you want!

I'm going through my cassette collection (they're so old that the little sponges that hold the tape forward in the cassettes are disintegrating). All this stuff has been sitting around since I moved from NC to Mich in 1982.

Typo alert!!! I meant too slowly. Also, don't you hate people who use "loose" instead of "lose"? Sometimes I think I'm gonna loose my mind!

With an American Idol, you can never loose! (haha, I hate bad grammar/spelling to! erhm... 'too'.)

Haha, about the American Idol thing... I was being sarcastic! I SWEAR! I was just trying to think of some singer or group from today that is pretty popular but honestly I couldn't think of anyone/thing, so I went to the old American Idol standby. I hereby declare that I have absolutely no interest in any American Idol whatsoever. I mean... just look at Clay Aiken for God's sake... yeauchh...

OK OK OK

The answer is: There's nobody popular today.
So Jesus is safer now than he was in '66! Yes!
HELLO JESUS
