    Chapter 15!!
I finished like 3 hours ago but i had to go to weight training....

    Chapter 15:
By the time Christina stopped running, she had no clue where she was. She gasped for breath, and her world started spinning. She staggered as she groped around for a bench to sit on. As she sat down she felt the rain soaking through her clothes. Great. She knew people would come looking for her, but she didn't want to be found. She knew she would have to hide. But where? She lay on the bench and began to think. She didn't know of any nice places near by. She could just leave the state somehow. But she knew that would never happen. Not even if she had a car. A car. She was 15, almost 16, she could probably drive a car. But she didn't have a car to drive. She sighed and got up again and walked to her house.
Just as Christina suspected, her mom had left her car at the house. Christina snuck inside the house and looked for the keys. They were right where they always were-over the fireplace. Christina grabbed them and ran outside to the car. She started up the car and felt instantly soothed. She backed out of the driveway and almost hit the mailbox. Real smooth. She put the car in drive and started off slowly. She began to pick up speed and felt as if she knew how to drive. Which she doesn't. She drove down the road and onto the highway, heading north out of the huge city of Milwaukee. She had no clue what she was doing, yet she didn't care. Who knew driving could be so much fun! Christina drove north, leaving all her troubles behind. She felt as if driving can make you feel like you own the world. Christina was hungry since she hadn't eaten breakfast that morning. She pulled into the local 7/11 and searched for her mom's wallet. Right under the seat where it always is. Christina took it and went inside, getting a large Diet Coke, three bag of chips, and a package of Gobbstoppers. She went to get ice for her drink, and nothing came out. She walked up to the counter and asked for some ice.
"Hun, that ice machine never works when it rains. You can live without it." Christina glared at him and walked out casually, climbing back into her mom's car and starting it up again. She pulled out of the lot and got back onto the highway. It was still pouring rain by the time she got out of Milwaukee. She drove for about 20 minutes before the rain let up slightly. Christina thought the silence was creapy, so she turned on the radio. Thing's I'll Never Say by Avril Lavigne filled the car. Christina felt so happy at the moment, she almost forgot she killed someone, stole a care, and was driving without even a permit. But that didn't matter to her anymore. All that mattered was that she was happy, and it seemed that nothing could bring her down.
