wat a blast!!
today i had an awesome time snowboarding for the first time!! it was a beautiful warm day of 10 degrees!! me, yuriy and my brother-in-law mike went, and my mum and lesia watched (w/schatzie) lol. basically, we had a lesson w/3 instructors for 1 hour and then had 2 hours to snowboard. it was great. the instructors were all guys, and 2/3 were good looking ;) one girl in our group hurt her arm pretty badly right @ the beginning - it was in a splint later on. ouch. i fell a lot, but soon got the hang of it. i wiped out pretty badly once, since it was the last time i could go down the hill (until our time ran out), so i was trying to go as fast as i could, which ended up in pain....but it's all good. i fell right on my face in the middle of the hill, but got up and kept going. oh yeah, and during my lesson this lil kid ran right into my back which killed becuz it almost hit my tailbone (i was sitting down in the snow). thankfully it didn't, but it hurt for a bit. the really hot instructor tom made sure i was ok....anywayz, i'm a bit sore right now, my ass hurts a lot, but it was a great work-out, and it was sooooo much fun and i can't wait until i go again!!
