YAY I GET TO KEEP BRI!!!
Man what a day..*breaths a sigh of relief* went to family court today to find out if I was gonna get to keep my daughter it was suppose to be yesterday but Kell never showed up *smirks* the judge wasn't to thrilled so it looked good on my behalf. anyways i sat there with my lawyer and kell and the guy she's with now showed up..so we entered the courtroom and her lawyer told the judge how kell should get custody cuz how ill be on the road and wouldn't be able to take care of bri..but im so thankful that the judge wasnt persuaded cuz he sided with me and granted me full custody of Bri!! I was so relieved I don't know what I would have done if he had sided with Kell.. that would have been the nail on my grave right there cuz I know if Bri went to Kell I would never see her again. So im very thankful to the judge and to my lawyer I get to keep my daughter. I'm suppose to return to NY to finish up rehersals for RENT but as it is next week is CFTC so I called the producers and explained I needed to stay in FL they were really understanding so I won't return till after CFTC im pretty excited though *grins* and even more so now that I don't have this custody hearing over my head I'm finally able to enjoy life for a little bit.
