    Current mood: happy

    Was right
Well, Lew left a message last Thursday that he was with a couple guys from work and that he would be home, he was about an hour away, that was 7:30 pm. He showed up at 11pm. I was furious, he had the same excuses as always....sorry I messed up, boy did he mess up, Thrusdays are when he deposits his pay check, of course he never got around to it. I told him once again that it isn't right for him to think if he doesn't want to do something that I will fix it. Of course I had to go Friday and deposit the check, we both know he won't do it until after work, his job doesn't allow the time I get to do these things. Friday after work, my last summer job day, I was running a little late, had those things to finish so the guys wouldn't be stuck with them this week, got to the barn and there was Lewy. He approached me with a "I'm really sorry, I was wrong, and I was unfair to you" and a bag of peppermint patties. (oh yeah I forgot he had also borrowed $$$$ from one of the guys Thursday night, which we don't do) I still of course take apoligies half heartedly because if you live with someone that is bi-polar you will find that they are pretty crafty. LOL He asked if we were going out for our date night, I said no, we can't afford it, I had to pay overdraft charges because of him not getting to the bank. He went home, I went berry picking for a little while. Got home about an hour after him. Around 7:30 he said he had to run into town because the guy he borrowed money from would be town and he had thought we were going out so he had made plans to meet him. I was a good girl, threw no fits, started no fights, and gave him no extra money. I made him use what he has for weekly money. He said he would only be gone a short while. I didn't believe him. (he is taking his meds, but ya never know) About an hour later he called said he was on his way home. Still didn't believe him. He was home 30 minutes after that. With........... a white rose and another apoligy for his actions Thursday and the week before. We have been together over 6 years this is the first flower he has ever given me. We spent this past weekend with his family celebrating his fathers 60th birthday...(he does not act 60) So things seem okay, I only wish that someone could tell me that I will not always sit on the edge of my seat....apoligies and flowers however show something, admitting he was wrong doesn't happen often either...so I guess we wait and see.
