![]() It was quite a surreal night.. maybe because I was constantly in a semi-drunk state. I was invited by Chris Lee, whom I met in Hong Kong, to attend the premiere of Valkyrie. Chris is one of the executive producers of the film and wanted to introduce me to Bryan Singer. I met Chris, his partner Peter, and Peter's family at their hotel and went in a limo to the Jazz at Lincoln Center where the premiere was held. ![]() ![]() ![]() Yes I was excited already cos it was my first time in a limo. haha. That's Hayato, Peter's friend. Throughout the night, I was probably as star-struck as he was, but he had the benefit of not needing to hide it because he does furniture design. At the first after-party, Chris introduced me to Tom Cruise as a 'director from Singapore'. It was so unreal. I had to pretend to be professional and all. So hard. I was also introduced to Katie Holmes and Tom's mum. ![]() ![]() After that, we joined the cast and crew at the Nobu Fifty Seven for the after-after-party, where I got to meet other familiar faces of the movie industry that is Hollywood. And as if that wasn't enough, we were then invited to an apartment on the top floor of The Plaza Hotel for a final party. Everyone was so drunk by that time. ... The night ended at 4am for me. I was walking down Park Avenue, like I was stepping out from a dream. Post a comment in response: |
