Letter #8: On the importance of dental hygiene
Dear Kid,

Brushing daily is no fun
And flossing is a chore
But both are better than seeing
Dental tools besmeared with gore

Unflossed gums get swollen
And then they start to bleed
Or else the roots of your teeth show up
As infected gums recede

So heed my warning, little one
Lest you suffer an awful loss
Brush your teeth after ev'ry meal
And don't forget to floss!
