Diet Update....
It's another surprise week in the weight department
I was kind of thinking it was going to be a weight gain. I was a little too free with my intake.
But I actually lost some weight. :o


Today's Weight: XXX.X lbs.

Lost This Week: - 1.2 lbs.

Total Lost: - 12.1 lbs.
