Well, it's been a couple of weeks since I have been here. Last week I came home from work and stuffed breakfast into my mouth before I remembered I was suppose to step on the scale, so I took a pass.
This morning I got on the scale expecting a gain because I have been eating what I thought was too much. Color me surprised to see a little loss. Not really enough for a two week period, but when I really expected to see a gain of at least of couple of pounds I will take this loss. :)
Today's Weight: XXX.X lbs.
Lost This Week: - 1.6 lbs.
Total Lost: - 11.7 lbs.
