Food has been horrendous. Workouts have been good! I managed to go running twice this week, and I also squeezed in a really good weight lifting workout! What's been working for me is committing to shorter workouts because it's almost impossible to talk myself out of them, and...once I start, I usually end up working out longer. So, for example, I'll tell myself...I'm just going to warm up, run two miles, and cool down. You know? Basically, doing a few 20-30 minute workouts a week is better than getting one 45 minute long workout twice a month. Now...if I can just keep up the workouts and address that whole food thing, then maybe the scale would get unstuck and move in the right direction.... Off to the journal to catalogue food intake....
