Diet Update....
Happy to say I lost a little more weight this week. :)
Wasn't too sure there wasn't going to be a gain, as I continue to be laxed in my intake amount.

Today's Weight: XXX.X lbs.

Lost This Week: - 0.4 lbs.

Total Lost: - 12.1 lbs.
