FML part III
it turns out the fines that got mysteriously reinstated were in fact the ones from winter of 2007.

so, darren paid his fines and went to court after he got pulled over for driving someone else's uninsured car. december 2007. and all was well.

july 2009, the dmv does something-or-other with their "system," and said fines magically reappear and his license is suspended.

we're going down to the dmv tomorrow and... it's going to be hard to not totally flip out. because this is bullshit.
