What a weekend! It started out with Liz's mom visiting on friday and we went to Joe's Crab Shack mmm so so good.
Later I went w/ Laura and Matt to Marissa's BD party. Quite fun a lot of friends I hadn't seen in a long time. I got over the top and got drunk a bit fast haha... my tolerance has gotten very low w/ liquor... I'm just not how I used to be. Well I ended up in my bed at the end of the night so that's always a good thing. I had several friends take care of me which I'm fortunate to have. You always can tell who your friends are when you're having one of these nights. :) Pulling back your hair, carrying you, placing a trash can that is perfect to your liking, refusing to let you pass out anywhere but your bed, not allowing you to go home w/male, not allowing you to make out more with male you'd rather not would, not allowing you to get naked, fixing your skirt and top to make sure secret body parts aren't uncovered, driving you across town to your apartment to sleep in your own bed, making sure much needed trash bags, napkins and water are around, listening to you ramble, putting up with persistance of you not wanting to get up from the toilet/floor/car backseat you would rather stay at and anything else drinker might have of or no doubt have forgotten. It took a team thanks Chris, Laura, Matt, Mari, Liz and anyone else I missed I love ya!!
Saturday came all to soon and my sister took me out in the morning despite my major hangover. We went apartment hunting (I'm gonna live w/ her in the summer yay!) and the time spent in the car didn't do well with my stomach. We later ate at Shady Grove which I loved! And classy me threw up behind dumpster just in time to eat lovely carby burger and fries. mmmm.
Saturday night I went with Jen, Jen's friend Daniel who was visiting and Erin to a UT Hellraiser party. Plenty of drinks but the music kind've sucked and the people weren't very outgoing. But it was cool spending time w/ Erin and Jen. Thank God for Wang Fu being open until 4 am for a tasty morning treat. ooo so so so good.
Sunday I woke up 2 late for church due to time springing an hour later and also me being a bit tired from the weekend. Such a beautiful day I have all my windows open and since 2 out of my 4 walls are made up of windows it looks and feels great!!
The Pope died. Brilliant man really raised the bar for the next Pope. I hope my school cancels school but I doubt that... whatever happened to the truly faithful Catholic schools?? 50 years ago the school prolly would've canceled classes for a week!
Well I have plenty of papers due I should be working on... it feeels like I will never catch up.
