After much wincing about the terrible battle animations, I've FINALLY dusted off Tearing Saga and decided to give it another go. Not bad. The first dialogue pretty much makes sense now.....eh. It's the same old seme/uke friendship fluff routine. Ryunan's the uke, Holmes's the seme. Kinda like Eliwood and Hector, except that Ryunan doesn't have as much guts as Eliwood....kinda like Leaf, in fact....uhoh. *cough* The dialogue's not as genius as FE7...., although the friendship factor is WAY higher than FE4. I wonder why some people would tout this or FE4 (I LOVE FE4 DON'T GET ME WRONG!!!) as the pinnacle of FE storytelling....sure, FE7's story's not the most creative thing on the block, but it's the best written thus far.
And a stray arrow hits Sasha and she dies. Ahahaha. *resets* Dammit, I'm getting rusty.
