tues march 18
today was an ok day. woke up at 9am, went to class and then went out to the city to pick up a new network card for my laptop. studied all afternoon, and then hit up the gym and did 40 min of cardio and a bunch of situps...gotta get back in shape! i think i've been eating too much lately, it seems like i've been gaining more and more weight ever since jan...it was christmas break that just srewed everything up!!! aaahhh! need to lose 10lbs! maybe 15 if i'm lucky...maybe it's somehting with my eating habits. i eat too much crap. lets see, today i had: a rice krispy's treat, a strawberry granola bar, a med. NF latte, 3 mini quiches, a bunch of nachos, a small bag of cheez-it's, some seaweed, some pretzels, and lots of candy...errr is that unhealthy or what??? maybe tommorow will be a better day =(
