My trip to NYC
So yesterday, as you know,[on my site it said so] i was going to New York City to get an extension on my greencard. If i didn't, when i go out of the country i can't get in so it's kinda important. So, i get up at 4:00 a.m., NOT FUN. We eventually leave the house at 5:15 and wait for the train. Train come, we get on. All i'm doing is listing to my Bowling for Soup CD the whole time. We change at Babylon to yet another train. Luckily i didn't have to sit next to some stranger. We arrive at Penn Station and get a taxi wich was easy cause there is a taxi stop place right outside. We finally get to the building where we get the Green card thing done. Now, my dad gussed, since we DID go early it would be in and out, hopefully by 1:30. Well...we got to the building and all i see is a huge long line, i'm talking REALLY long. It goes to the other side of the building all,the way, around. So we stand in line for 3 hours in New York City. I got a caramel frappichino from accross the street at Starbucks and apprently there was a false alarm fire in a building cross the street. We get in the building and i'm like yes, were almost done. Boy did i jinxe myself. We arrive to the room. Another long line with people waiting in chaires for thier chance to get out of there. We stand in line and get our number. Each of us had out own but it started at 200. We look at the screen, o.k. line A,...49...Right now i'm just like going crazy. We find out the counter is broken and they start calling the numbers, 84 was the first one i heard. So 136 to go...Yay..So we end up staying in a cold, sorta dirty place with this lady yelling "NO SITTING ON THW WINDOW LEDGE" every 5 minutes. Our number is called and i start singing a quiet Hallelugha (however it's spelled)That's after another 3 hours. We get out and were trying to get a taxi to stop. After about 20 failed attemps we decide to take a quick trip in the subway, we get out and walk over to Penn station. When we get in my mom and andrew wait somewhere and we go get us some lunch, sincs we didn't have any. So were just waiting to see what track the train is on. We get on the train which is really busy. My mom and dad found two seats together but me and andrew didn't. We stand, there is no way i'm sitting next to a stranger. Some people get off and we finally find a seat. Andrew is on the isle, i'm next to the stranger. I only eat half of my sanswhich beacause i have that party later. We switch trains again which was also very busy but i sat next andrew again. Now, we get back to our house at 5, My dad just drops me off there while they go and get the 20$ gift certificate for Brianna. I get dressed, well not really, i just turned my shirt inside out, made a priest colller, and filled a bottle up with grape juice to look like wine. I was a priest by the way. The party was awsome ,Bo murdered Pepi, those Kates. I get back at around 9:25, i change into some night clothes and i went to bed. 2 things, that day was just so very odd, horrible, tiring, great and fun. 2nd, this had got to be the longest entry EVER, lol. By 4 now. Oh 1 more thing, i added two more scipts. C ya
