I'm a barbie girl...
Camping was a bad idea...it's just too early in the summer and it still gets too cold at night, and besides, who wants to camp when it's too cold to swim? Greg got mad because even though we needed to be home for the many things that have been going on this weekend, (baseball/softball games, steph's recital, etc) we preferred to be at home, as opposed to the campground. Like I mentioned before, there was nothing to do there. Can't play in the water, too cold at night to do anything;including sleep, the park sucks and tanning wasnt exactly an option. Steph has had 2 of her dance recitals. She has done a good job, but i just dont think this year's recital has been as good as it has been in the past. Good news is: next weekend is the boone county fair, the next is fun days and the next is megan's wedding...enough to keep me busy for awhile. BUT, Thursday I have an eye appointment, which is pretty much a good thing too i guess, since i really need new contacts. Well, i dont really have anything interesting for you to read at this point in my life so i guess maybe i'll just write when i have something worth reading...haha
