Montag
My weekend was great! On Saturday after I completed all those tests, Mark came. We went out for the day and shopped for gifts for his family we are visiting. On Sunday, we went to a diner for breakfast. You have to love the diners in Jersey. We stopped at CVS for some gum, chocolate, toothbrushes, etc. Then we came back to the house and watched What Women Want. After the movie was over, we spent an hour or two just listening to music and being together. That night, we went to Wayne's birthday party and picked up Brittany on the way. It was fun. Got to see Ashley, Di, Britt of course, Wayne, and a few people I never met before. Mark fit in easily. He was worried about it....sigh....He is a sweety. Britt and Mark and myself spent most of the night talking. Then Mark dropped me off at Britt's and I slept over. He drove home. He is supposed to call me sometime soon. Brittany had a horrible stomach ache about midnight. She was up till 4am and still had to go to work this morning about 11am. She said she will probably quit soon. Good! She is killing herself for that job.
It is terribly humid outside this day. Worse than it has been for a few days. The Weather Channel said it was supposed to rain all week, but there is only a 30 % chance :-( All the grasses are turning golden. This should not hapen till August but the lack of rain is a killer.
Only two weeks till the trip!! I cannot wait!!
Mark and I were discusing our future on Saturday night. He really wants me to live with him. It is odd but nice to date a man who speaks of such things. Who did I ever get him? Sometimes I worry that he will leave me because of the distance between us. I told him this....he said it does not bother him, that it gets him out of the house and away from his room mate Tom. I wish I could visit him though. I want to see where he lives, the people he knows, everything. That is why we are stopping by Maryland for one night.
