Today my Father turned 84. Wow. I mean, I think of all my Father has witnessed in his 84 years and I can only hope that I make it to that point.
I am taking him to dinner tonight to Saltgrass and I will endure any quips about bad eating habits with a grin.
A celebration of a long full life and no melancholy thoughts as to whatever short time he has left....because whatever the time frame is....it will always be too short for me.
Happy 84th birthday Daddy. I love you so.
