After Forever-Semblance of Confusion

HELP ME!
I have a friend that is in the Marines in Iraq right now and he likes me and I was talking to him on the phone today and he was telling me how much he likes me and how much he misses me and wants to see me and he calls me all the time instead of calling his mom, I mean he is a great friend but I dont have the same feelings for him... and I dont want to hurt him! How should I let him know that I am in love with someone else, and that person means the world to me!???!!? ALLEN I NEED YOUR HELP NOW! EMAIL ME OR COMMENT ON IT....
