Freewriting- more machine stuff. I was thinking of turning this into something, but I don't know what.
body tight and hot. tight and hot, tightly wound like a spring deep in a machine, deep in this machine there is a shuddering spring a tightly wound wire a trembling force a heart thudding deep within an iron chest
veins pipes, steam your blood, the engine buried deeply in your chest
wheels and wheels and gears and gears chewing themselves to nubs
and this is a world of machines and pipes and steam, far, far away from the dangerous world of dangerous men the world is full of dangerous men and fear is a mechanical beast that is grinding you away the soft tissue of your brain shredded by tiny gears that are always turning
And so on, and so on. Might scavange it later for something else. Might let it lie.
