    Best gift this christmas.
The knick-knack ladened christmas tree at home is pleasant to look at, much more of the boxes and gifts underneath it. But there's one gift that beats them all, I got it just this friday.

Starting on Jan. 3, I will no longer be included in the statistics, Puchoy is "unemployed" no more. But my orientation started yesterday and while many of the people are now having christmas break I have to report for work tomorrow and on tuesday. I am now working for Poster Publicity, a UK-based advertising company which specializes on the outdoor media. And oh, guess where it is located, it's along Aurora Blvd near Gilmore! Grabe, ang lapit lang ng bahay ko! Pwede kong lakarin. Hehehe.

There are things that brings us joy and happiness and those things eventually became symbols of it. The christmas tree for example, a symbol of christmas and a source of joy and laughter. I don't know what to call it but a thing that usually brings happiness could also bring the opposite. The tragedy that struck the De Venecia family continue to hound me, I always think of the girl who died on the fire, what did she do, what did she told her sister on the phone, what were here last thoughts. I feel sad for the De Venecia family (and for FPJ's family, Dolphy and the people of Quezon too). What a way to end the year.
