First thought...
My evening toothpaste is colgate with breath strips.. im not sure first of all why a tooth paste would have breath strips.. cause uhm, its not like the toothpaste washes out, and they hang out in ur mouth all night and then its like WOAH i just tasted a breathstrip from my toothpaste 5 hours ago... :o/ weird one colgate. But more importantly... the flavor... its Clean Mint. Now really... why is it clean mint? is this like the opposite of dirty mint.. is there a dirty mint? Why isnt it just mint dammit... there is no need to call the mint "clean." I would hope that my toothpaste makes my mouth clean, regardless of the actual flavor.. is there a clean cinnamon, orange, or bubble gum flavor... i doubt it... but its ok to call it clean mint. ~*~PONDER THAT~*~
Second thought...
Why is dirt brown. I dont know why i think about these things, but i want to know why dirt is brown, so i decided if i actually put some thought into it.. then i may be able to come up with a logical, partially scientific, but mostly not.. answer. First we must consider: What is dirt?

A filthy or soiling substance, such as mud or dust.
Excrement.
A squalid or filthy condition.
so from this we can think a little and build on it... so everything that exists and breaks down to smaller parts, granules if u will.. is considered dirt. Well now i have some basis for my discovery of why dirt is brown. Now, i must bring in some of my useless knowledge from my ART200 class at the good ol WMU. So when you are younger they tell you when all of the colors (primary and secondary) on the color wheel are combined, they make black.. well i learned this year that it is a lie... and if u ever play with paint, you know that too... If you mix any of the complementary colors, you come up with brown, so when u mix all of the colors, you also come up with brown. So.. dirt being the combination of all kinds of shit from all kinds of colors, it would only make sense that the tiny particles all lying next to eachother make brown. So, dirt is brown and now i sort of figured out why. Cute huh?
