    Hi guys!!! ^_^ Trend Micro are in need of employees for the positions listed (and described) below. Send me an email or a message in yahoo messenger or comment here if you’re interested and please do include the position you want so that we could send in your names. After they’re done compiling the names they will schedule an exam & interview date (exam in the morning interview in the afternoon…from what I remember…). They’re still not sure if you guys will be taking the exam at their office or in school so you’ll be notified about that. Ok? ^_^ So there…

    ANTI-VIRUS TRAINEES
       Job Functions:

    · Handles antivirus support cases and provides solutions in the form of updates to Trend Micro products and technical documentation.
    · Analyzes computer viruses sent in by customers from all over the world.
    · Provides fast 24x7 response to outbreaks that are caused by the most prevalent and fast-spreading computer viruses.
       Job Requirements:
    · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, ECE, or Computer Information Technology course or equivalent.
    · Fresh graduate applicants will undergo the “Antivirus Engineer Training Program”
    · Knowledge in Assembly Language 80x86 an advantage.

    NETWORK SECURITY ENGINEERS
       Job Functions:

    · Provides technical support, ranging from simple to complex issues, coming from clients around the world.
    · Delivers high quality technical solutions to customers quickly, courteously and cost-effectively through Email and/or Phone interface
    · Works closely with software development teams and other engineering groups in identifying and resolving the problem.
       Job Requirements:
    · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, ECE, or Computer Information Technology course or equivalent.
    · Relevant working experience not required but would be an advantage, especially from call center environment.
    · Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fast-learner, agile, dynamic, energetic and customer service-driven.
