green&white ccs photo package distribution
hi guys..
photo package distribution starts today, February 21 until February 25..
correct me if im wrong...i think there will be no classes on Feb 25 so that means the last day is on thursday Feb 24 instead of the 25th..
i hope you guys would get your packages early..

just a few reminders:

1. for those who paid in partial...you will have to settle your account before we can release your package. you will have to present your receipt just to be sure (preferably both the white&yellow copies coz we will have to keep the yellow one). if you are just about to pay you will have to ask for a referral slip from sps 405 -> pay at the accounting office -> bring up the receipt (ask the acctg office for the yellow copy too ok?) to sps 405 -> and then you may now claim your photo package.

2. for those who paid in full...you just have to bring your id...

3. only three people inside the office at a time...there are chairs outside, you may wait there..

4. please check your package before you leave the room...complaints will not be entertained once you leave the room...

5. you may claim for others provided you have an authorization letter with the signature and a photocopy of the id of the person who owns the package you are claiming..

6. for recopies, just tell the staff inside the room and they will assist you..if you will ask for recopies within this week it will be 50% off the regular price and you will claim it here...

for other concerns you may ask the staff inside the booth, there is a child's play staff in there...please be nice to her oki? ^_^
