KVPUG Yahoo Group
Well, I'm glad the KVPUG Yahoo Group is taking off nicely. There are now 120 people registered with the site. I think it complements the KVPUG website nicely since we now have a place to put our files, data and what-not.
Wjat's more important, I see that people are contributing (finally!) rather than leeching stuff. I am amused that Noah's "Toilets in Shopping Centre" database is being taken seriously :) I think it is a brilliant stroke that Yahoo has made the database facility available for sharing information and building up useful databases. Speaking of databases, my next contribution will be a database of all the KLSE counters and the stock codes. Useful for looking up financial info online. At the moment, the Digi Stockwatch works great for me. Wonderful thing is even when I am not on GPRS and when I am on Wifi, it works too ;)
