I hope this is one Journal I stick with...
Welcome to all my lucky readers! I am constantly trying to write my thoughts in some form of diary or journal but it never seems to last more than a day. In one of my many chats with my sister, Michele, I read her journal and decided I wanted one too. (Monkey see, monkey do!) Today was actually kind of interesting. Now, if you think you're going to be bored out of your mind, stop reading here...but remember, this is for me, so I will continue. I got up pretty early to go to the KenTon YMCA with Katie (yes, I am a member). We mainly do the Nautilus equipment and various other machines that make us look like we know what we're doing. I really enjoy the Y because it's a fun place to laugh at yourself when you fall off one of the rowing machines. Yes, I speak from experience :\ Anyways, we had to hurry home because I had to babysit Jillian (11) Jon (7) and Jaclyn (5) at 1 PM. I have to say, it was more fun than I expected. Michele (remember, my sister?) just said good-bye to her boyfriend of 5 years for 6 weeks so he could go complete his training to be an officer of the Marines..."The few, the proud" Sorry, I had to! So anyways, I had the kids make her a little book to cheer her up and they went to town. Of course, she loved it, and she smiled!! I won't go into detail about the rest of my day, but yes, I did my endless laps in an 82 degree pool! I should probably get some sleep because this idiot got elected as President of the band next year and has to go to a meeting early...Michele, if you read this, don't forget we're going running/biking tomorrow! :) Goodnight and sweet dreams to all, Meg
