ahhh went MIA
ok so now I'm back and gonna get back to posting-- this whole no job/new job thing through me.
today i was 130.8 really need to get under 130 again though. today i'm trying mostly fresh fruits and veggies except tonight we'll see-- going out to eat-- trying to stick with a salad.
