Do your best to stay away from anyone whose character is (or activities are) questionable, and don't let anyone talk you into thinking negatively or doubting yourself. If you feel yourself tending in a negative direction, it's probably because you're not getting enough rest. Don't blow things out of proportion, and try to avoid worrying; negativity and pessimism don't solve problems, they create them.
