Yesterday was the grandparents' (my mom's parents) 50th wedding anniversary. The whole family had a big party at the lake front property my uncle owns, which is down the road from the farm where my grandfather was born. A lot of relatives I did not were there, so I just drew for about seven hours straight. A pretty boring day, but I did get an art commission out of it. My aunt's friend's husband had bought a water pump and filtration company, and is looking for someone to design a logo to put on business and letterheads and trucks. That's my project for the week.

The cake. That's a photo of my grandparents from when they were married. They were such a cute couple.

Today, my mom and I went blueberry picking, and got some produce at a co-op. It is very true that in NH, wherever you are, you are about twenty minutes from a farm. It's almost as bad as Vermont.
