    Perhaps suspending underage EA accounts could be allowed. Personally, if someone is under 18 (free or EA) and seems mature, then I'm probably not going to report them (and I'm the "queen bitch" of the mature crowd here). I think that's the way most people on over18 feel as well; it's not the underagers we object to, it's the immature people.

    As to the support volunteers, a special title or account type might be in order, to protect them if you do choose to suspend EAs. Free users will never be reconciled to the fact that EAs are allowed to stay while they can't, espcially if they have friends already here who have recommened the site to them.
