Either your overrides or the css/html in your journal style. If you open a support request under the customization tab, a volunteer will be able to view your overrides/style code and let you know where and if there is a mistake and how to fix it.

Your journal itself is fine, and the problem with it not appearing isn't a server issue since your background image and some of your code is showing up when I look at your journal. I can also view source and see the html making up your webpage, but I'm not as well versed as the other volunteers who will be able to better locate the piece(s) of code that are "breaking" your journal :)
