A few things....
First...a poem...

This is a tribute to a certain namekian...

I was inspired to write this after I saw a picture of Piccolo in a copy of Shonen Jump I bought recently.

Desert scented, he stands proud and tall, defiant
Wind blown warrior, powerful beyond compare
Ebony eyes that see straight to the soul, mirrored darkness
Mirrored Light
A paradox in one, a gentle spirit, a fighting essence, Teacher,
Friend.
Fire and Ice
Love and Hate, Calm and Restless Detemination
Swirled like a turbulant storm
With lightning speed he fights with a matchless skill
Faster than the eye can follow
Enemies are blow to bits before they can blink
Before they can...
Then once more all is tranquil. The fighter retreats within once more.
I wonder if he knows how very beautiful he is?
