the funnest day in Jap class so far. today learned a very practical lesson: how to ask people out, i.e. girls. lol

i wanted to try it out on some random office people who work too in the building. i hesitated cuz i still dun have a firm and quick grasp of conversing in jap. though my listening and understanding has improved quite a bit. so is my writing. i actually started kanji. goodness, its one hell of a practice. so many strokes. clearly practice and constant flashcard exercise on it is the way to go.

we tried it in class...yeah. it was a good laugh especially if you get shot down. in a very polite way. yes, we learn really polite language. just a step below talking with the emperor. heh, as if i have no way of learning jap insults...in fact, i already got a nice small book on it. heh. so bash me in jap and watch me hurl it back to you. lol

language learning has never been this fun. next time round, i'll get back with mandarin. i know simple phrases and all...thanks to tv dramas.... but mandarin is a whole new world. i think much more harder than jap. oh well...another challenge to face. :)

sin city this week. yes, gonna watch again. it's really worth it. plus can't wait for charlie....and potter.... plus bewitched seems interesting...well dur..with nicole at the helm, why not?
