SATURDAY - Anything 500 cal or lower
SUNDAY - Anything 300 cal or lighter
MONDAY - breakfast - none - lunch - none - fruit cup - 300 cal or less
TUESDAY - fruit cup - 200 cal or less
WEDNESDAY - Anything -400 cal
THURSDAY - Anything -400 cal
