Freak Squad
The day started out well enough. Classes, then off to the library to see Xander and prehaps train some more. The more I train with the slayer the more I realize that she has strength and abilities I may never be able to match. This is not fair. Ramone has developed training techiniques to help, but the slayer seems to progress quicker than I.
Ramone thought it might be fun to catch a movie. I wasnt sure, but saw a movie about witches that looks fun. I am not certain why a blind man wants to go to a movie. I asked Xander if he would like to go to the movies, and he agreed that before our hunt we could go. I invited Twitch as well so Ramone would not feel like a third wheel.
After the movie we spread out across town. Xander and I went to the graveyards while the slayer and the computer girl went to the morgue. Something about a new vampire waking up. Ramone stayed at the library to work on a new spell.
The spell was a vampire location spell. It worked very well apperently. A large concentratioin of vampires was found at the old steel plant near the college and the whole crew assembled to help dispatch these monsters. This is when things went badly. Not because of the vampires, although I have learned that they are somewhat harder to kill than demons. Ramone tried out a leathal version of his training Autonomous Slaying Spirits (A.S.S.) and they worked very well. Ramones ASS can take quite the beating I have discovered.
After the thigns were dispatched, it is determined that this Beth girl who has been with us for sometime is a zombie. Twitch loses what little mind he has left. I had hoped the suprises would end there but it turns out that our friend the werewolf hunter doesnt just hunt werewolves, he's a member too! THIS IS UNFAIR! I have hunted the things that plague humanity for years before this little girl is HANDED the powers I have trained and fought long and hard for. WHY does she get a veritable ARMY of power in addition to this! I HAD to say something.
Luckily Xander calmed me down, he reasoned that the five magic students of Ladley had me to thank for being alive, as many others in my homeland. I see now Xander REALLY appreciates my presence, I will do my best not to fall him.
