Yay!!! I'm gonna be a featured singer in one of the concert numbers!!!!!!
Just back from concert rehearsal. We started setting numbers tonight so spent most of the time dancing. I'm gonna be a singer in"All That Jazz" during the Chicago section. He he he!!! I loooove that song! It's not gonna be a 'Honey Bun' deal where I'm a backing singer but it's not a solo either. I don't know what the arrangement is going to be but I don't really care. I was picked to do it.
I didn't get the part of Sally in Cabaret but hey, I'm still in it so I'm happy! The girl who got the part is good so it was no shame to lose out to her. I wasn't expecting it anyway. I just went for the audition experience and to get myself seen.
The Wicca UK moot last night was a good night again. Just spent the night chatting and generally setting the world to rights. I couldn't drink though. I got put on a week long course of antibiotics last night so no alcohol until I finish the course. Grrrr!
